Abstract

The invention discloses a paddle wheel-shaped tin oxygen cluster complex composed of drum-shaped Sn6O6 and carboxyl calixarene and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the chemical technical field. The complex has the following chemical formula: [(BuSn)(mu3-O)(L)]6.6(toluene); n-BuSn(O)OH and an HL ligand with a mixture of toluene and ethanol are subjected to heating reflux for 8 hours in a Dean-Stark apparatus, water generated in the reaction is removed by azeotropic distillation, and then the solution is subjected to reduced pressure distillation to obtain a white solid; a mixed solution of chloroform, dichloromethane and toluene is recrystallized at the room temperature to obtain a colorless crystal, and the yield is 53%.
