Abstract

A manufacturing technology of a specially-use mould core of an optical lens mould comprises following steps: (A) plating a titanium-silicon thin film layer on a mould core body in a magnetron sputtering plating manner, wherein the magnetron sputtering plating manner includes following substeps: (A1) employing a magnetron sputtering plating machine with a titanium target being used and a SiO2 thin sheet being a substrate, (A2) cleaning the substrate before plating with acetone and then cleaning the substrate with ultrasonic wave and finally washing the substrate with deionized water and air-drying the substrate, and (A3) bombarding the titanium target with argon ions for performing pre-sputtering for 5 min before deposition of the thin film, and performing the deposition of the thin film by removing a substrate baffle after the sputtering being stable; (B) coating the titanium-silicon thin film layer with a titanium-silicon-nitrogen thin film layer in a unbalanced magnetron sputtering manner; (C) coating the titanium-silicon-nitrogen thin film layer with a titanium-aluminum-silicon-nitrogen thin film layer in the unbalanced magnetron sputtering manner; and (D) coating the titanium-aluminum-silicon-nitrogen thin film layer with a nickel-aluminum thin film layer in the unbalanced magnetron sputtering manner.
