Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an environment-friendly passivating solution for a building aluminium profile surface. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding deionized water in a stainless steel reaction tank, stirring at a low speed, adding gamma-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane slowly; then adding acetic acid, stirring for 4-6 minutes, adding glycerol silane ether, stirring for 20-26 minutes, controlling a temperature at 42-46 DEG C, then adding fluozirconic acid, fluotitanic acid, cerous nitrate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate, stirring for 7-9 minutes to confirm that the above materials are dissolved completely, adding waterborne polyurethane and stirring for 10-12 minutes; and (2) adding a small amount of deionized water in another stainless steel container, adding diethanol butyl ether, stirring for 3-5 minutes at a low speed, adding the solution into the reaction tank slowly and stirring for 6-8 minutes at a low speed; and (3) adding polyoxyethylene and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether in the reaction tank, stirring for 15-25 minutes at a high speed, adding residual deionized water, and stirring for 6-8 minutes at a low speed.
