The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting and storing pollen; (2) carrying out in vitro germination on the pollen to break the wall; (3) cleaning; (4) pulping; (5) carrying out enzymolysis; (6) caring out ultrasonic extraction; (7) filtering; (8) concentrating with a nanofiltration membrane; (9) adjusting the flavor; (10) homogenizing; (11) filling; (12) carrying out ultra-high pressure sterilization; and (13) detecting the finished product. According to the castanea henryi pollen oral liquid prepared by the method, nutritional ingredients in the pollen can be extracted to the maximal extent by adopting the technical measures such as in vitro germination of pollen to break the wall; meanwhile, the nutritional ingredients in the pollen are stored to the maximal extent by adopting the technical measures such as nanofiltration membrane concentration and ultra-high pressure sterilization; the castanea henryi pollen oral liquid is high in nutrient value, sweet and sour in taste, and strong in pollen fragrance; and the liquid is uniform and stable, and is convenient to take.
