Embodiment

[0020] 1) Aralia japonica leaves that have been unfolded for 20 days were dried in a constant temperature drying oven at 70°C for 48 hours, ground and passed through a 60-mesh sieve to obtain aralia japanese leaf fragments;

[0021] 2) Add 1g of the above-mentioned Aralia leaf fragments into 100mL extract and mix evenly, then heat to 95°C until the volume of the mixture is reduced to one-fifth and stop, separate the extracted liquid, and then add Add 100mL extract solution to the powder again and heat to 95°C until the volume of the mixed solution is reduced to one-fifth. Repeat the above extraction process for 3 times. The volume ratio of 37wt% hydrochloric acid and dehydrated alcohol in the liquid is 2:8;

[0022] 3) Combine the extracted liquids, cool to room temperature, and filter through a polyester fiber membrane filter with a pore size of 0.22 μm to obtain a filtrate;

[0023] 4) Mix 20mL of the above filtrate with 15mL of deionized water, and then evaporate the ethan...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting oleanolic acid from Japanese aralia leaves. The method comprises the following steps: adding crushed Japanese aralia leaves into an extraction liquid and heating to 90-95 DEG C till the volume of a mixed liquid is reduced to 1/5, separating the extracted liquid, then adding the extraction liquid again into the powdery Japanese aralia leaves and heating to 90-95 DEG C till the volume of the mixed liquid is reduced to 1/5, and repeating the extraction processes 3-4 times; mixing the extracted liquids, cooling the liquids to room temperature, and filtering by a filter membrane to obtain a filtrate; mixing the filtrate with deionized water, and carrying out water bath at 90 DEG C to volatilize ethanol till light brown slurry is obtained; extracting the slurry by ether and then carrying out water bath at 70 DEG C till ether is fully volatilized to obtain an oleanolic acid extract. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the method for extracting oleanolic acid from Japanese aralia leaves is simple in process, short in time consumed and high in extraction efficiency; the detection result shows that extraction three times costs 2 hours, and the extraction rate can reach 98.81%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an extraction method of oleanolic acid, in particular to a method for extracting oleanolic acid from Japanese aralia leaves. Background technique [0002] Oleanolic acid is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound. As early as 1908, F B Powers in the UK first obtained it from the Oleaceae plant olive (O lea europaea Oleanolic acid was isolated from the leaves of L) and its structure was determined by Ruzicka in 1946. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 190 kinds of plants containing oleanolic acid. Oleanolic acid exists in plants in the form of free or saponins, and is widely distributed in dicotyledonous plants Araliaceae, Oleaceae, Gentianaceae and other plants. Oleanolic acid is an anti-hepatitis drug, which is used to treat viral persistent chronic hepatitis, and can significantly improve symptoms, signs and liver function. Modern studies have shown that oleanolic acid has the functions of reducing alani...
