Abstract

The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly polycarboxylate based anti-mud agent and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the field of architecture material concrete admixtures. The polycarboxylate based anti-mud agent is prepared from free radical initiated polymerization of polyoxyethylene ether containing unsaturated double bonds, unsaturated esters and derivatives which are taken as monomers as well as unsaturated carboxylic acid and derivatives thereof and a redox initiator. The polycarboxylate based anti-mud agent blocks soil in a concrete floor material to adsorb a polycarboxylate superplasticizer during use, thereby reducing the use amount of a water reducer, saving cost and improving the working performance of concrete. The anti-mud agent synthesized according to the invention can effectively improve the influence of large content of mud in sandstone materials when the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is used.
