The novel environmental-friendly biomass fuel has the advantages that moulding effect is good, scattering is hardly caused, the dechlorinating agent is obtained by mixing zinc oxide, calcium oxide and aluminium oxide in ratio of 1:1:2, chlorine-containing waste gas produced during combustion is less, the dehydrating agent adopts a fiber drying agent, water content of the fuel is low, combustion is efficient, and the fiber drying agent is prepared by adopting pure natural plant, so that the environment is not polluted.
