A light beam which is generated by an external measurement interferometer and contains information to be tested is divided into two branches through the optical fiber coupler and output at a first optical fiber tail end and a second optical fiber tail end, and two output light fields are subjected to coherence stack and then are gathered to the linear CCD detection array to form a row of strips which are dark and bright alternately.
