Abstract

The invention relates to a magnesium or magnesium alloy corrosion-resistant hydrophobic plasma electrolytic oxidation solution which is prepared from deionized water. Every liter of electrolyte contains 6-20g of fluozirconate, and 0.1-1.5g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.1-2.5g of disodium hydrogen phosphate or 0.1-1.5g of phosphoric acid. The electrolyte is free of Cr<6+>, and can enhance the corrosion resistance, hydrophobicity and binding force with the substrate of the obtained coating.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electrolytic oxidizing solution for coating a surface coating, in particular to a corrosion-resistant hydrophobic plasma electrolytic oxidizing solution of magnesium or magnesium alloy. Background technique [0002] Magnesium and magnesium alloys have been widely used in industries such as automobiles, aerospace, electronics, military, and nuclear energy due to their unique comprehensive properties such as low density, high specific strength and specific stiffness, and good shock absorption and electromagnetic shielding properties. However, magnesium is more active in nature and is easily corroded in the air. Therefore, when magnesium alloy is used as a structure and shell material, reliable surface protection measures must be adopted. Plasma electrolytic oxidation is a technology for in-situ growth of ceramic oxide coating on the surface of light metal. This is completely different from the starting point of other ceramic coati...
