A temperature measurement probe of the insulated infrared temperature measurement sensor is arranged near to the winding of the dry-type transformer, faces the center of the winding of the dry-type transformer and is used for measuring the temperature of the winding of the dry-type transformer in a non-contact mode. The blade-free cooling fan is connected to the control model through a control cable. The insulated infrared temperature measurement sensor is connected to the control module through an infrared optical fiber sensing data line.
