Abstract

The invention provides PAAm/PVA dual-network hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The dual-network hydrogel is PAAm/PVA dual-network hydrogel based on acrylamide (AAm) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which is high in strength and high in moisture content. The dual-network hydrogel is prepared by the following steps: dissolving the polyvinyl alcohol into water to obtain a solution S1; dissolving the acrylamide, a crosslinking agent and an initiator into water to obtain a solution S2; mixing the solution S1 with the solution S2 at a certain ratio to obtain a solution S3; and obtaining the PAAm/PVA dual-network hydrogel through hot or/and light or/and redox initiated polymerization. The dual-network hydrogel can also be further crosslinked through the crosslinking agents such as glutaraldehyde and sodium borate to change the mechanical property. The PAAm/PVA dual-network hydrogel has the characteristics of being high in balanced water absorption rate (EWC), high in strength, convenient to prepare, and low in swelling degree, and is molded once.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of high water content and high strength hydrogel, in particular to a PAAm / PVA double network hydrogel based on acrylamide (AAm) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Hydrogel contains a large amount of water in the hydrophilic polymer network, which is very close to the structure of human tissue. One of the key problems in the application of artificially synthesized hydrogel is that its strength is relatively low, which cannot meet the needs of the application environment. . Since Gong Jianping and others prepared double network hydrogel in 2003 (Adv.Mater.2003, 15, No.14, July 17), this kind of hydrogel with high strength and high water content has been paid attention to by scientific researchers. . The structure characteristic of the double network hydrogel is that it contains two independent network structures: one is a polyelectrolyte network struct...
