The method provided by the invention is obtained by optimizing Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae protein extraction methods, combines liquid nitrogen grinding with ultrasonic concussion, and combines a phenol solution with an ammonium acetate solution, so the protein extraction efficiency is improved.
