Compared with the traditional technique, the air-permeable full-degradable plastic film is characterized in that a physicochemical process is adopted to modify nano silicon dioxide and the high gluten flour, and the other effective components are matched, so that hydroxy groups in the high gluten flour and polyvinyl alcohol molecules can be preferentially combined with a right amount of hydroxy groups on the nano silicon dioxide surface to form hydrogen bonds, thereby enhancing the compatibility between the high gluten flour and polyvinyl alcohol; and part of hydroxy groups in the high gluten flour and polyvinyl alcohol are sealed to improve the water resistance of the film.
