The construction method aims to combine heterogeneous ozonation with a ceramic membrane filtration technique, and utilizes active components (CuMn2O4) on a ceramic membrane catalytic layer to catalyze ozone so as to generate -OH with high oxidation capacity, wherein organic compounds can directly react with molecular ozone or react with -OH generated by ozone decomposition; meanwhile, an interception function of the ceramic membrane can assist to reinforce removal of 2-hydroxyl-4-methoxybenzophenone in water.
