Method for removing organic pollutants from water by drinking water enhanced treatment

The invention relates to a method for removing organic pollutants from water by drinking water enhanced treatment, which comprises the following steps: adding an oxidizing chemical medicament in water to be treated for reaction for 0.5 to 10 minutes and filtering the water by using a modified granular filter medium filter bed, wherein 0.2 to 5 milligrams of chemical medicine is added into each litter of water to be treated; and filtering a granular filter medium by using quartz sand, zeolite, cordierite, ceramic grains and other filter beds undergoing surface modification by oxides of metals such as iron, manganese and aluminum, wherein before filtration, the oxidizing mixed medicine at a certain concentration is added into water to be filtered, natural organic substances and micro organic pollutants in water can be removed effectively when the water staying in the filter bed for a certain period flows out of the filter bed, and at the same time, the added medicament does not penetrate a filtering layer. The method can remove natural organics in water, in particular persistent micro organic pollutants that generally cannot be removed quickly by the oxidation by potassium permanganate, ozone and hydrogen peroxide, at high speed with high removal rate and small residual amount, and thus is an economic and high-efficient organic pollutant removing method.

Nanometer copper manganate spinel catalytic membrane reactor, and construction and application method thereof in water treatment.

The invention relates to an advanced water treatment technique for pollution removal through heterogeneous catalytic ozonation. Directed at the disadvantage that a conventional powdery catalyst is unfavorable for separation and easy to inactivate in a water phase, a construction method for a novel nanometer copper manganate spinel catalytic membrane reactor is provided. The construction method aims to combine heterogeneous ozonation with a ceramic membrane filtration technique, and utilizes active components (CuMn2O4) on a ceramic membrane catalytic layer to catalyze ozone so as to generate -OH with high oxidation capacity, wherein organic compounds can directly react with molecular ozone or react with -OH generated by ozone decomposition; meanwhile, an interception function of the ceramic membrane can assist to reinforce removal of 2-hydroxyl-4-methoxybenzophenone in water. In addition, ozone can react with humic acid and natural organic matters (NOMs) in the water, so the formation of membrane pollution is effectively controlled. A nanometer copper manganate spinel catalytic membrane provided by the invention has the following advantages: preparation process is simple; operation is convenient; a catalyst on membrane surface is uniformly distributed, so mass transfer efficiency is improved; and the membrane has potential application prospects in treatment of drinking water or wastewater containing pharmaceutical and personal care products (PPCPs).

The invention discloses a system and a method for removing natural organic substances and odor-induced substances in micro polluted water, which belong to the fields of water treatment processes and equipment. The system comprises an aeration biological filter tower, an ultra-filtration membrane assembly and a regulating tank, wherein the bottom of the aeration biological filter tower is connected with the bottom of the regulating tank through a pipeline; the regulating tank is provided with two water outlet passages, namely a direct water outlet passage of the regulating tank and a water passage for connecting the regulating tank and the ultra-filtration membrane assembly; the water outlet of the ultra-filtration membrane assembly is connected with the water inlet of a clean water tank through a water outlet pump. The invention also discloses the method for removing the natural organic substances and the odor-induced substances in the micro polluted water by using the system. The treatment process can simultaneously remove the natural organic substances and 2-methyl isoborneol and geosmin serving as the odor-induced substances in the water, the quality of the discharged water is good, the adding amount of a disinfectant is obviously reduced, and the generation of disinfection byproducts is reduced.

The invention relates to the field of new environmental materials, in particular to a nitrogen-doped hollow carbon polyhedron-carbon@nanotube-based monatomic cobalt catalyst capable of efficiently activating persulfate and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, ZIF-8 is used as a seed crystal, ZIF-67 grows on the surface of the ZIF-8 through an epitaxial growth method to obtainZIF-8@ZIF-67 with a core-shell structure, then the ZIF-8@ZIF-67 is calcined in an inert atmosphere to obtain carbonized ZIF-8@ZIF-67, exposed cobalt nanoparticles are removed through acid pickling, and the nitrogen-doped hollow carbon polyhedron@carbon nanotube-based monatomic cobalt catalyst is prepared. According to the catalyst, monatomic cobalt is anchored on a carbon matrix through coordination, the catalytic site density is high, the conductivity is good, the ferromagnetism is good, persulfate can be efficiently activated to degrade toxic and harmful organic pollutants in water, the useamount of the catalyst and persulfate is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced. Moreover, multi-component comprehensive regulation and control of the hollow carbon polyhedron, the carbon nanotubesand the monatomic cobalt are realized for the first time, efficient and stable operation can be realized within a wide temperature range and under the interference of inorganic salt, natural organic matters and the like, and the application prospect is expanded.

The composite nanofiltration membrane comprises a porous membrane substrate and a selective separation layer; and the selective separation layer is formed by blending and depositing a novel acetylene carbon material, an organic matter containing a dopamine structure, and polyethyleneimine, the novel acetylene carbon material has a super-hydrophilic material surface and 2-5 nm inherent pore channels, the organic matter containing the dopamine structure can be subjected to a self-polymerization reaction, the surface of the acetylene carbon material is coated with the organic matter to enhance the adhesiveness and hydrophilicity, the polyethyleneimine and the dopamine polymerized organic matter adhered to the surface of the acetylene carbon material can be subjected to a Michael addition/Schiff base reaction to generate a coating layer on the surface of the substrate, and then the surface of the composite membrane is crosslinked under a high-temperature condition by using a crosslinking agent to obtain the super-hydrophilic acetylene carbon composite nanofiltration membrane. The composite membrane has a very high rejection rate and a very high permeation flux on various dyes and natural organic matters in water, and has a super-hydrophilic composite membrane surface.

The assembly method aims to combine heterogeneous ozonation with a ceramic membrane filtration technique, and utilizes a ceramic membrane structure and active components (MnO2 and Co3O4) on a catalytic layer to catalyze ozone so as to generate -OH with high oxidation capacity, wherein organic compounds can realize reinforced removal of pharmaceutical and personal care products (PPCPs) like 2-hydroxyl-4-methoxybenzophenone in water through direct reaction with molecular ozone or reaction with -OH generated by ozone decomposition; meanwhile, ozone can react with humic acid and natural organic matters (NOMs) in the water, so the formation of membrane pollution is effectively controlled. The manganese-cobalt complex oxide nanoparticles are loaded on the surface of the ceramic membrane, so separation of the catalyst from the water is realized, and a novel method for cleaning and repeated use of the catalyst is provided.
