Abstract

The invention relates to a nickel base alloy extruded bar induction heating method. The nickel base alloy extruded bar induction heating method comprises the following steps: (I) a roller bottom furnace is used for heating; the time is not shorter than 150 min; and the furnace discharge temperature is within 900-950 DEG C; (II) a blank is fed to an induction heating furnace; the diameter of the blank is not larger than 260 mm; and the length is not larger than 90% of the length of a heating coil of the induction furnace; and (III) the induction heating is controlled by two phases: the first phase: the heating power (KW)=the blank diameter (mm)*K1 (KW / mm); the power adjusting coefficient K1=1.1-1.2; the heating time (s)=1 / 2 blank diameter (mm)*M (s / mm); the time adjusting coefficient M=1.4-1.6; and the second phase: the blank is directly heated to the target temperature through induction heating; the heating power (KW)=the blank diameter (mm)*K2 (KW / mm); the power adjusting coefficient K2=2.0-2.2; the target temperature is kept; the insulation power is 15-30 KW; and the insulation time is 30-45 s. The method overcomes the phenomenon of seriously nonuniform blank induction heating temperature; the straightness is not greater than 0.02 m per meter; and no cracking phenomenon is generated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal deformation of nickel-based alloys, and in particular relates to an induction heating method for extrusion rods of nickel-based alloys. Background technique [0002] Nickel-based alloys have excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and good mechanical properties. They are widely used in aviation, aerospace, energy and petrochemical fields. According to their product use forms, they are mainly divided into plates, tubes, rods and wires. Nickel-based alloy rods are mainly used as raw materials for products such as rotating shafts, fasteners, and load-bearing parts. The internal structure requirements are relatively strict. The rods are mainly produced by forging and extrusion. For hot extruded rods, because of their outstanding surface quality, fine and uniform internal structure, high yield and other significant advantages, they are used as raw materials for processing higher-grade prod...
