Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the comprehensive properties of organic composite materials on the market are various, among which water resistance is one of the comprehensive indicators of organic composite materials, but due to the different components of seawater and fresh water, the corrosion performance of the two is also different. Composite materials are difficult to apply to the water resistance test of both water bodies

Abstract

The invention discloses a water-resistant organic composite material which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of phenolic resin, 10-14 parts of dimethyl phthalate, 5-7 parts of decabromodiphenyl oxide, 1.8-3.0 parts of nitrobenzene, 1.0-1.2 parts of succinic acid, 0.5-1.0 part of toner, 12-15 parts of UHMW-PE (ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene) fiber, 4-6 parts of microcrystalline wax and 1.2-1.5 parts of calcium carbonate powder. The microcrystalline wax and dimethyl phthalate components enhance the water resistance of the material in fresh water, and the UHMW-PE fiber component enhances the water resistance of the material in seawater, so that the water resistance of the material in water bodies is greatly enhanced, thereby widening the application range of the water-resistant material. The other components in the material ensure other comprehensive properties of the material, so that the overall material has the advantages of low production cost and favorable practical effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of production technology of organic composite materials, in particular to a water-resistant organic composite material. Background technique [0002] Organic composite materials are composed of two or more organic materials with different properties through physical or chemical methods to form materials with new properties on a macroscopic level. Various materials learn from each other in terms of performance and produce synergistic effects, so that the comprehensive performance of the composite material is better than that of the original constituent materials to meet various requirements. [0003] At present, the comprehensive properties of organic composite materials on the market are various, among which water resistance is one of the comprehensive indicators of organic composite materials, but due to the different components of seawater and fresh water, the corrosion performance of the two is also different.
