Abstract

The invention discloses a pleurotus tuber-regium stock and a culture method thereof, wherein the stock consists of 50-57% of wheat, 5-9% of cinnamomum camphora presl, 10-19% of schima superba, 10-12% of wheat bran, 1% of plaster, 1-2% of calcium superphosphate as well as 60-65% of water; and the culture method comprises the following steps: storing the wheat, the cinnamomum camphora presl, the schima superba, the wheat bran, the plaster and the calcium superphosphate in a glass bottle of 750g; and sealing and sterilizing the bottle, preserving the heat at 120 DEG C for 2-3h or at 100 DEG C for 8-10h, and inoculating after cooling. The culture method disclosed by the invention solves the difficult problem of commercial cultivation of wild pleurotus tuber-regium in fields which cannot be achieved in the past in the world; the culture method is a major technical breakthrough, which is not limited by the conditions or the resources of regions and is capable of achieving artificial cultivation in various fields; and the culture method, as a novel cultivation method, is low in cost, rich in raw material source, relatively stable in mushroom production, high in yield and good in quality.
