Abstract

The invention discloses a non-pollution continuous treatment apparatus for copper scraps containing oil dirt. The apparatus includes a screening machine, a first-level scraping conveyor, a centrifugal oil-water removing machine, a second-level scraping conveyor, a hot air blowing conveyor, a drying oven, a hot air circulation machine, a reburn furnace and a tail gas filter processor, and a PLC program controller used for controlling the continuous working of the continuous treatment apparatus, which are connected with one another in sequence. A continuous treatment method includes the following steps: (1), screening the feed material; (2), removing oil from the copper scraps in a centrifugal manner; (3), drying the copper scraps and de-oiling; (4) treating the oil gas in a non-pollution manner.
