Abstract

A gas separation device of pyrolysis gas comprises a purification device and a liquefied separation device. The purification device is used for purifying the pyrolysis gas. The liquefied separation device comprises a first heat exchanger, a first gas-liquid separator, a hydrocarbon mixing rectifying tower, a second heat exchanger, a dehydrogenation rectifying tower and a methane rectifying tower. The first gas-liquid separator outputs a first hydrocarbon mixing product. The hydrocarbon mixing rectifying tower outputs a second hydrocarbon mixing product. The first heat exchanger outputs hydrogen rich gas. The methane rectifying tower outputs an LNG product. The liquefied separation device further comprises a mixed refrigerant circulation refrigerating device and a nitrogen circulation refrigerating device so as to supply the cooling capacity. According to the gas separation device of the pyrolysis gas, the first gas-liquid separator is used for gas-liquid separation, and then, the hydrocarbon mixing product, hydrogen rich gas and the LNG product can be obtained through three times of rectifying and separation. The device is not complex, the connection relation is simple, the gas separation technology is simple, and operation is easy. The invention further provides a gas separation device of the pyrolysis gas through the device.
