Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-ultraviolet heat-insulation glass film which is composed of a polyurethane anti-wear layer, a PET polyester layer, a nano-scale metal layer and an ultraviolet absorption layer. The nano-scale metal layer is composed of one or more from nickel oxide, titanium dioxide and tin dioxide. The glass film is prepared through the following steps: 1) preparing the ultraviolet absorption layer; 2) preparing the nano-scale metal layer and 3) performing lamination and moulding. The glass film has excellent ultraviolet shielding and heat insulation effect, can be used in films on buildings and automobiles, can prevent the ultraviolet from hurting human body and can maintain a comfortable indoor environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a glass sticking film, in particular to a UV-resistant and heat-insulating glass sticking film. technical background [0002] Ultraviolet (UV) refers to electromagnetic waves with a wavelength between 280nm and 380nm, which is smaller than visible light. Most of the ultraviolet light on the earth's surface comes from the sun, which is a kind of harmful light. Ultraviolet rays can be divided into three regions according to their own wavelengths, namely short-wave ultraviolet rays, medium-wave ultraviolet rays and long-wave ultraviolet rays. Short-wave ultraviolet (UVC) is ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 280-100nm. Short-wave ultraviolet rays are absorbed by the ozone layer when passing through the earth's surface stratosphere and cannot reach the earth's surface. Ultraviolet rays (UVB) are ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 315-280nm. Medium-wave ultraviolet rays have certain physiological effects on human skin. Mos...
