1167 results about "Nickel oxides" patented technology

Nickel forms a series of mixed oxide compounds which are commonly called nickelates. A nickelate is an anion containing nickel or a salt containing a nickelate anion, or a double compound containing nickel bound to oxygen and other elements. Nickel can be in different or even mixed oxidation states, ranging from +1, +2, +3 to +4. The anions can contain a single nickel ion, or multiple to form a cluster ion. The solid mixed oxide compounds are often ceramics, but can also be metallic. They have a variety of electrical and magnetic properties. Rare-earth elements form a range of perovskite nickelates, in which the properties vary systematically as the rare-earth element changes. Fine tuning of properties is achievable with mixtures of elements, applying stress or pressure, or varying the physical form.

Hydrogenating and pour point depressing catalyst and its preparing method

The invention discloses a hydro dewaxing catalyst and the preparation method. In the method, compound with hydrogen active component is mixed with aluminum dry gel to prepare adhesive; and then the adhesive is mixed with shape-selective cracked zeolite and is pinched in shape; after drying and roasting, catalyst carrier is yielded; then the catalyst carrier is impregnated in the impregnating solution containing the rest active component and promoter; and after drying and roasting again, the catalyst of the invention is yielded. The invention is capable of taking full advantage of the alumina used as adhesive in the catalyst carrier under low hydrogen active component content conditions to prepare adhesive containing all the molybdenum and tungsten and part of the nickel, thereby keeping a certain amount of nickel oxide in the zeolite. The rest of the active metal component is distributed in the alumina, keeping the zeolite passage unobstructed with good hydro dewaxing effect and effectively improving the hydrogen addition and purification performance of the catalyst. The catalyst is especially suitable for hydro dewaxing of raw material containing wax and with high nitrogen impurity content and suitable for hydrogen addition and purification.

Pyrolysis gasoline nickel system selective hydrogenation catalyst and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a pyrolysis gasoline nickel system selective hydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method of the pyrolysis gasoline nickel system selective hydrogenation catalyst and belongs to a catalyst containing metal or metal oxide or hydroxide. The pyrolysis gasoline nickel system selective hydrogenation catalyst is characterized by being provided with a mesopore-macropore or double-mesopore compound pore channel, taking aluminum oxide as a carrier, taking nickel as a main active component, taking molybdenum as an auxiliary active component and taking the metal oxide as an auxiliary agent; the pyrolysis gasoline nickel system selective hydrogenation catalyst is composed of following components in parts by weight: 15-19 parts of nickel oxide, 6.5-20 parts of molybdenum oxide, 2.2-4.5 parts of the auxiliary agent and the balance of the aluminum oxide; the auxiliary agent is one or the combination of more than two of potassium oxide, magnesium oxide and lanthanum oxide. The invention provides the pyrolysis gasoline nickel system selective hydrogenation catalyst which is large in pore capacity and high in specific surface, has good reaction activity, high hydrogenation reaction selectivity, good stability, good arsenic dissolving and glue resisting capabilities and is provided with the compound pore channel, and the preparation method of the pyrolysis gasoline nickel system selective hydrogenation catalyst. When the catalyst is used for selectively hydrogenating full-fraction pyrolysis gasoline, the average diene hydrogenation rate is 99%.

Nickel oxide nano rod array material, method for preparing same and application thereof

The invention discloses a nickel oxide nano rod array material, a method for preparing the same and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of inorganic advanced nano materials. The nickel oxide nano rods are vertically and orderly grown on the nickel foam substrate, and the nickel oxide nano rods are 100 to 800 nanometers long and 5 to 30 nanometers wide. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: putting the nickel foam substrate in concentrated hydrochloric acid, deionized water and ethanol for ultrasonic cleaning respectively; dissolving soluble nickel salt and urea in deionized water to obtain clear solution; obliquely putting the nickel foam substrate in a reaction kettle, and moving the clear solution to the reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction, and after reaction, using the cooling water to cool the reaction kettle to the room temperature; taking the nickel foam substrate out of the reaction kettle, and cleaning the nickel foam substrate withwater and ethanol; and drying the product in an oven, and calcining the dried product. The one-piece product has a very big capacitance value which can be well kept even under high current density and is high in cycle performance, so that the product is a super capacitor material with a great application prospect.
