Problems solved by technology

[0004] At present, the culture of brown mushroom strains mainly adopts the solid culture method, and the production cycle is long. In addition, the production time coincides with the high temperature season, which leads to an increase in production costs.

Abstract

The invention provides a cultivation method for mushrooms. The method is characterized in that a cultivar is composed of one of the following culture mediums: (1) a wheat-grain culture medium II (by percentage): 98% of wheat grains, 1% of calcium carbonate and 1% of gypsum; (2) a wheat-grain culture medium III (by percentage): 98% of wheat grains, 1.5% of calcium carbonate and 0.5% of gypsum; or (3) a wheat-grain soil culture medium (by percentage): 92% of wheat grains, 5% of gypsum and 3% of turf soil. The cultivar of Agaricus brunnescens Peck for culture provided by the invention is best for growth of Agaricus brunnescens Peck mycelia which has rapid growth rate, good growth vigor and dense mycelia. Liquid strains grow much faster on the cultivar with the above-mentioned formula than on original solid strains. By summarizing total production cycles of a traditional solid-state method and a novel liquid-wheat-grain strain preparation method for three-grade strains, the used time of the latter is shortened by 38 days compared with the used time of the former, so immense economic and social benefits can be generated if the latter can be extensively applied.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating brown mushrooms, in particular to a method for cultivating brown mushrooms. Background technique [0002] Brown mushroom (Agaricus brunnescens Peck), a rare species of mushroom, belongs to Basidiomycotina, Agaritales, Agariceae, and Garicus. Brown mushrooms, commonly known as brown mushrooms, are Bohemian subspecies. The strain has high yield, excellent mushroom quality, fresh and tender taste, and its mushroom cap is natural brown [0003] Color, white stipe, dense and firm flesh. All current white Agaricus species are white varieties of the brown mushroom, which means that the brown mushroom is the wild ancestor of the white Agaricus bisporus. Brown mushrooms, also known as white mushrooms and champignons, belong to Basidiomycetes, Agaricaceae, Agaricaceae, and Mushrooms. Brown mushrooms are rich in nutrition and delicious. According to reports, fresh mushrooms contain 3%-4% protein, 0.2%-0.3% fat...
