Problems solved by technology

[0005] 1) The current underwater cleaning methods require manual operation of cleaning equipment to clean underwater, which is labor-intensive, requires high quality underwater cleaning personnel, and has certain hidden dangers to personal safety; on the other hand, it also needs to be equipped with corresponding equipment. Advanced underwater equipment, such as diving suits, underwater acoustic communication equipment, etc., increase cleaning costs
[0006] 2) Due to the need for manual underwater cleaning, it has strict requirements on the environment. For example, the seawater temperature should not be too low, the underwater flow rate should be small, and it can only work in shallow water areas. The cleaning range is limited to a certain extent.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning of marine biofouling and particularly relates to a cavitation cleaning device. A cavitation cleaning device for clearing biofouling on surfaces of marine ships and platforms comprises a water inlet adapter (5), a cavitation cleaning spray gun (6), a head cover (7), a stabilizing disc (8), a control unit (9), a pressure hull (10), a power unit (11), a depth sensor (12), a tail cover (13), a lifting oil bag (14), a two-way hydraulic pump (15), an oil storage barrel (16) and a battery pack (17). The cavitation cleaning device provided by the invention can be used for cleaning for a long time underwater without needing underwater manual operation, and the cleaning process of the cavitation cleaning device is finished by an operator on a deck through complete remote control of a control center according to a signal fed back by an underwater camcorder unit. Because underwater manual operation is avoided, underwater potential safety hazards of workers are eliminated; and diving suits and underwater acoustic communication equipment are not used, thereby greatly reducing the system cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of marine biological fouling cleaning, and in particular relates to a cavitation cleaning device. Background technique [0002] Marine biofouling refers to animals, plants and microorganisms that are fixed or inhabited on the underwater solid surface of ships, platforms and various artificial facilities, and have adverse effects on human economic activities. These marine biofouling will increase the sailing resistance of the ship and corrode its surface coating, damage marine detection instruments, block pipelines to accelerate metal corrosion, and cause great harm to the aquaculture industry. Therefore, these marine biofouling must be removed. [0003] At present, marine biofouling cleaning methods can be divided into two types: overwater cleaning and underwater cleaning. Water cleaning is to drive the ship into the dock, let the hull out of the water, and use high-pressure water jets, shovels or other met...
