Abstract

The micro-fluidic chip comprises a base material and at least one detection unit distributed on the base material. The base material can rotate around a central point. Each detection unit comprises an extraction pool, a micro-channel and a detection pool, wherein the two ends of the micro-channel are communicated with the extraction pool and the detection pool respectively. The extraction pool, the detection pool and the central point are located on the same line. The extraction pool and the detection pool are located at the near end and the far end of the central point respectively. By means of micro-fluidic control, online separation and parallel detection of multiple samples can be achieved, wastage of reagents and samples is small, and the detection limit of pesticide is greatly reduced.
