Problems solved by technology

[0006] ① The viscosity of ionic liquid is high, and the amount of ionic liquid used in the microextraction process is mostly micro-upgraded, which makes the preparation and analysis and sampling of the microextraction system more difficult;
[0007] ②The ionic liquid has a high density, so it is difficult to form a highly dispersed multi-phase emulsion with the help of different external forces such as ultrasound, microwave or hand shaking, resulting in partial emulsification, which affects the extraction effect at the interface layer;
[0008] ③ Most of the ionic liquids are conventional ionic liquids, and the enrichment effect is not good
However, the organic dispersant in this system is a hydrophilic conventional organic solvent, which only exists as a dispersant to reduce the viscosity and density of the ionic liquid extractant, but cannot improve the enrichment effect of the ionic liquid extractant system

Embodiment 1

[0037] Take 3 mL of 10 μg / mL aniline solution in a 10 mL centrifuge tube, add 2 mL of distilled water and 30 μL [C 4 mim]PF 6 Finally, 30 μL of TBP was added, shaken by hand for 1 minute, and then ultrasonically dispersed in a 30°C water bath for 10 minutes to form a highly dispersed uniform milky white microemulsion, and the dispersion liquid phase microextraction was carried out under this condition. The system after micro-extraction was centrifuged in a high-speed centrifuge at 8000rpm for 7 minutes, the ionic liquid was deposited at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, and aniline was enriched in the precipitation phase extractant. Pipette 20 μL of the precipitated phase with a microsyringe, analyze the content of aniline by high performance liquid chromatography, the concentration is 190.2 μg / mL, and calculate the enrichment factor of aniline.

[0038] The enrichment factor EF is calculated according to formula 1, and the result is as follows figure 1 shown.

[0039]

Embodiment 2-6

[0041] Other steps are the same as in Example 1, except that the amount of TBP is changed from 30 μL to 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80 μL respectively, and the enrichment factor is calculated according to formula 1. The result is as follows figure 1 shown.

Embodiment 7-12

[0043] According to the method of Example 1-6, the difference is that the 1-naphthylamine solution of 10 μg / mL is taken, and the enrichment factor is calculated according to formula 1, and the result is as follows figure 1 shown.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for gathering aromatic amine compounds from water. The method includes steps of (1), arranging aromatic amine solution in a centrifugal tube, sequentially adding dispersion liquid and extracting agents into the centrifugal tube, uniformly mixing the aromatic amine solution, the dispersion liquid and the extracting agents with one another to obtain mixed liquid, and then ultrasonically dispersing the mixed liquid in water bath at the temperature of 0-50 DEG C for 3-25 min to form highly dispersed and uniform micro-emulsion; (2), centrifuging the micro-emulsion at the rotational speed of 7000-10000 rpm for 1-16 min after the micro-emulsion is subjected to ultrasonic treatment, and gathering the aromatic amine compounds in the precipitation-phase extracting agents at the bottom of the centrifugal tube. The extracting agents comprise [C4mim] PF6 and TBP, and a volume ratio of the [C4mim] PF6 to the TBP is 1:0.4-2.7. The method has the advantages that usage of the extracting agents is low, gathered samples can be directly analyzed and measured by means of high-performance liquid chromatography, and the method is environmentally friendly and speedy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new method for enriching aromatic amine compounds from water. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the development of industry, aromatic amine compounds have been widely used in synthetic dyes, drugs, pesticides and rubber industries, and the ways of entering the environment as pollutants have gradually increased. Some aromatic amine compounds are highly toxic and have obvious carcinogenic effects, and more and more people pay more and more attention to the harm to human beings. Therefore, for the determination of aromatic amines in the environment, especially the detection of trace or trace samples, it is urgent to establish a green, efficient and fast analytical method. At present, in the detection of aromatic amine samples, common modern analysis methods, such as gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, can quickly and accurately analyze and detect samples, and the accuracy of the abov...
