Abstract

The remote control system consists of a signal emitter, a signal receiver, a photoelectric converter, an optical cable, a programmable computer controller PCC, an electromagnetic valve, a middle relay and an auxiliary circuit, wherein the signal emitter is a portable low-power wireless emitter with stainless steel and enhanced plastic pieces serving as a shell, and the anti-explosion form is intrinsically safe for mining; and an intrinsically safe battery is adopted to supply power. During remote control operation, the signal emitter emits a corresponding operation signal at a position 1,000 to 2,000 m away; the photoelectric converter converts an electric signal into a light signal which is transmitted by the optical cable through a long distance; the photoelectric converter then converts the light signal into an electric signal which can be identified by the receiver, and the electric signal is input into the PCC; the output function of the PCC drives each mechanism of the heading machine to complete each action; and by the combination with a remote monitoring system of the heading machine, the heading machine can be observed and adjusted in real time.
