Abstract

The invention relates to a production technology for enamel glazing of a casting of a cast iron material. The production technology comprises the following steps: casting: selecting grey cast iron as a casting, wherein the metallographic structure of the grey cast iron takes ferrite as a matrix, and small-size graphite is uniformly distributed; enameling of ground glaze: enabling the ground glaze to adhere to the casting surface in uniform thickness by an enamel dipping and supplemented spray method, wherein the thickness of the ground glaze is kept at 150-250 microns; and enameling of cover glaze: enabling the cover glaze to uniformly adhere to the casting surface after the step G by an enamel dipping and added spray process, wherein the thickness of the cover glaze is 120-200 microns. The production technology provided by the invention finally passes the EDQM requirement test taking 0.5% citric acid aqueous solution with remarkably high corrosivity as a medium. By adopting the technology, the enamel iron casting has stable chemical properties, the metals are not separated out easily, and the food safety requirements are met.
