The biological fermentation system comprises an anaerobic fermentation system, an aerobic fermentation system, and a liquid flow control system, which is used to control the two-direction flowing of fermented materials in the anaerobic fermentation system and fermented materials in the aerobic fermentation system; and the anaerobic fermentation system and the aerobic fermentation system are both connected to the liquid flow control system. The anaerobic fermentation system comprises an anaerobic tank, the aerobic fermentation system comprises an aerobic tank, which is communicated with the anaerobic tank; and the liquid flow control system comprises a circulating partition plate assembly, which is arranged in the joint between the anaerobic tank and the aerobic tank.
