Abstract

The production process of the casting iron coating-free stainless liner of the electric cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) feeding into a furnace; (2) inflating nitrogen gas; (3) starting a draught fan; (4) heating and nitriding; and (5) carrying out osmosis. A composite layer with the thickness of 100-250 microns is generated on each of the inner and outer surfaces of the prepared liner of the electric cooker, and the composite layer composed of a nitration layer and an oxidization layer. With the implementation of the production process, the prepared casting iron coating-free stainless liner of the electric cooker is simple in structure, has no coatings and is not rusted; rice is not stuck on the liner in a cooking process; and the casting iron coating-free stainless liner is convenient to wash and is safe and environmentally friendly.
