Abstract

The invention relates to a 28G SFP packaged optical module which comprises a 28G laser device, a 28G optical detector, a micro-controller, an electrical interface circuit, a power source management circuit, an emitting clock recovery circuit, a laser driving circuit, a receiving clock recovery circuit and an amplitude limit amplification circuit. The receiving clock recovery circuit, the emitting clock recovery circuit, the amplitude limit amplification circuit and the laser driving circuit are integrated on an MAX24033 chip; an SFI interface is adopted in the electrical interface circuit. The 28G SFP packaged optical module also comprises a fist power source management circuit and a second power source management circuit that are respectively connected with the 28G optical detector and the 28G laser device, 3.3V input voltage of the module is boosted to 4.5-6V via the first power source management circuit, and therefore that the 28G optical detector works at an optimal performance point can be ensured; the 3.3V input voltage of the module is boosted to 3.5-4V via the second power source management circuit, and therefore suitable working voltage is provided for a driver.
