The wood-grain powder paint is prepared from, by weight, 56%-80% of hydroxyl resin, 2.3%-4.5% of curing agent, 0-0.8% of leveling agent, 0.3%-0.5% of benzoin, 0-0.8% of bentonite, 0-1% of luster-enhancing agent, 0.2%-3% of texturizing agent, 0-1% of other additives, 0-0.8% of wear-resisting wax powder and 1%-35% of pigments and fillers; in addition, powder is subjected to vacuum heat transfer printing after being baked and completely cured. The wood-grain powder paint has good weather resistance and an excellent chemical property. By means of regular concave and convex of the paint film, the real-wood effect is brought to a user visually, and meanwhile when the user touches the paint film, real wood handfeel can be achieved.
