Abstract

The invention discloses a sealing treatment method for aluminium alloy surface treatment. According to the sealing treatment method, aluminium alloy subjected to surface treatment is placed in confining liquid to be soaked and then is washed by water and dried after being taken out. The confining liquid is composed of, by concentration parts, 15 g / L of cerous sulfate tetrahydrate, 3 g / L of lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate and 1.5 g / L of ammonium persulfate. The soaking time is 60 min, and the temperature of the confining liquid is 50 DEG C. The surface treatment is anodic oxidation. On the one hand, cerous sulfate is used for replacing cerous nitrate to constitute rare-earth salt with lanthanum nitrate; and on the other hand, ammonium persulfate is used for replacing oxidizing agents such as potassium permanganate to constitute rear-earth confining liquid with the rare-earth salt. The rare-earth confining liquid is friendly to the environment and human bodies, and the corrosion resistance of an oxidation film subjected to sealing treatment can be greatly improved.
