The novel paper insect sticking plate is characterized in that the insect sticking glue comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3 to 4 percent of an acrylic acid monomer, 30 to 52 percent of an acrylic acid soft monomer, 2 percent of aids, 2 percent of a modifier, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of a non-ionic emulsifier, 0.2 to 1 percent of an anionic emulsifier, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of an initiator, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of a preservative, 0.05 to 0.08 percent of a defoaming agent and 37.62 to 57.25 percent of deionized water.
