The invention relates to a thermochemical sludge treatment system. The treatment system comprises a homogenizer, a mixer, a reaction kettle, a transducer system, a decompressor, a dewaterer, a reflux water tank, a reflux water pump and a material delivery pump; the homogenizer is provided with a raw sludge material inlet, the material delivery pump is installed on a connecting pipeline arranged between the homogenizer and the input end of the mixer, the output end of the mixer is connected with the input end of the reaction kettle through a pipeline, and the output end of the reaction kettle is connected with the transducer system through a pipeline; the transducer system, the decompressor, the dewaterer, the reflux water tank and the reflux water pump are sequentially connected through pipelines, the reflux water pump delivers liquid in the reflux water tank to the transducer system, and then a transducer and water circulation system is formed. The invention further discloses a thermochemical sludge treatment technology which comprises the steps of sludge homogenizing, secondary heating, thermochemical reacting, transducer system, heating treating and the like. The thermochemical sludge treatment system and technology have the advantages of being low in cost and energy consumption and high in sludge treatment efficiency.
