Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the development of China's economy, the contradiction between economy and environmental protection has become more and more prominent. In recent years, acid rain has become a serious problem in many cities. It is coal-fired emissions. The emission units are mainly coal power plant enterprises, followed by the boiler metallurgical industry. In addition, many small enterprises, ceramic firing, brick-making and other industries also have a large amount of sulfur dioxide gas emissions. The state has formulated strict regulations on sulfur dioxide emissions. However, environmental protection equipment is generally expensive. Except for large power plants and smelters, it is not a small investment for small industrial and mining enterprises.
[0003] Moreover, it is more difficult for small companies to strengthen monitoring and management, and the traditional sulfur-containing waste gas is generally discharged into the atmosphere after neutralization reaction, which cannot effectively realize recycling, and the by-products cannot be processed and recycled. Therefore, the present invention provides a The system using sodium sulfite to treat sulfur-containing flue gas can effectively improve air quality, and the whole system is compact in design, occupies a small area, and by-products can be recycled

Abstract

A system for treating sulfur containing flue gas by utilizing sodium sulfite is disclosed. The system includes a flue gas pipe containing sulfur containing flue gas from a power plant or a factory. The flue gas pipe is connected to a dust removal filter. A filter screen is disposed in the dust removal filter. The filtered sulfur containing flue gas is fed into a heat exchanger, and then fed into a pretreating column. An induced draft fan is connected to a top pipe outlet of a desulfurization column. Through power of the induced draft fan, gas is discharged from the top of the desulfurization column. The top gas is connected to the heat exchanger through a pipe so that the top gas is fed into a chimney through a pipe of the heat exchanger and is discharged into the air through the chimney. The system is compact in system design and good in absorption effects. A produced byproduct can be recovered for reutilization.
