The cleavage reaction still is further provided with a feeding opening, a discharging opening and a gas outlet. A screw feeder and a screw slag discharger are connected with the feeding opening and the discharging opening of the cleavage reaction still correspondingly. The gas outlet is connected with an exhaust pipeline, and a catalytic unit, a combustor, a combustion cavity, a gas purification device, a gas neutralization device and a negative-pressure gas pump are arranged on the exhaust pipeline. The invention further provides a continuous medium-low radioactive waste volume reduction curing treatment method. The maximum weight volume reduction rate of medium-low radioactive waste treated through the method can reach up to 98% or above, the size volume reduction rate of the medium-low radioactive waste treated through the method can reach up to 99% or above, and therefore volume reduction treatment on the radioactive waste is fundamentally achieved.
