Abstract

The invention discloses kiwi fruit composite powder and a processing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of processing of fruit products. The processing method comprises the following steps of (1) taking 60-65% by mass of kiwi fruit pulp, 15-20% by mass of broccoli pulp, 10-15% by mass of mung bean pulp and 5-7% by mass of apple juice, and performing thorough and uniform mixing so as to obtain composite pulp; (2) performing vacuum concentration on the composite pulp until a solid content achieves 45-55%; (3) putting the concentrated composite pulp in a drying chamber for vacuum-infrared united drying treatment; and (4) crushing products after drying treatment in step (3), and performing screening so as to obtain the kiwi fruit composite powder. The kiwi fruit composite powder contains varied purely-natural components, is delicately-fragrant, and smooth in mouth feel, and has the efficacies of resisting cancer, resisting ageing, protecting eyes, and removing summer-heat.
