Abstract

The hot-melt adhesive is formed from, by mass, 25% of a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, 25-40% of an alpha-amorphous olefin copolymer, 32-41% of hydrogenated petroleum resin, 0-5.8% of a plasticizer, 0.8% of an initiator, 1.6% of a coupling agent and 0.8% of an antioxidant. Beneficial effects of the hot-melt adhesive are that (1) construction is convenient, initial adhesion is good and the hot-melt adhesive is suitable for rapid streamline production, (2) adhesive strength is high, final adhesive strength is excellent and the hot-melt adhesive still has high adhesive strength at a high temperature that is 90 DEG C, and (3) the hot-melt adhesive is suitable for adhering low-polarity materials.
