The invention provides a high-
zinc-content mono-component
epoxy anti-corrosive paint. The paint comprises components of, by weight: 6-9 parts of modified
epoxy resin, 0-0.5 parts of organic
bentonite, 10-20 parts of an environment-friendly type
solvent, 0.2-0.6 parts of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.4 parts of a
wetting dispersant, 0-1 part of a
coupling agent, 0-2 parts of an anti-
settling agent, 70-130 parts of
zinc powder, and 0.5-1 part of a leveling agent. In prior arts, an
epoxy zinc-rich paint dry film has problems of low
metal zinc content, inconvenient construction and zinc
powder settling during a storage process. The high-zinc-content mono-component epoxy anti-corrosive paint provided by the invention assists in solving the problems. Because the paint is a mono-component paint, the construction is convenient, and the paint requires no service life limit. In a dry film,
metal zinc content is higher than 96%, the
corrosion resisting effect is good, and hard precipitate is not formed during a storage process, such that application is not influenced. The paint can be used in
corrosion resisting of
steel structures, and can also be used in anti-corrosive
coating of ship and machinery components.
