The invention provides a mono-component high-iron polyurethane waterproof paint comprising, by weight: 35 parts of polyether polyol, 10 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 15 parts of hydroxyl resin, 0.1 parts of a dispersing agent, 35 parts of a pigment and filler, 3.7 parts of a curing agent, 0.8 parts of a chain extender, and 0.4 parts of a catalyst. The invention provides a high-zinc-content mono-component epoxy anti-corrosive paint. The paint comprises components of, by weight: 6-9 parts of modified epoxy resin, 0-0.5 parts of organic bentonite, 10-20 parts of an environment-friendly type solvent, 0.2-0.6 parts of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.4 parts of a wetting dispersant, 0-1 part of a coupling agent, 0-2 parts of an anti-settling agent, 70-130 parts of zinc powder, and 0.5-1 part of a leveling agent. The present invention discloses an exposed mono-component polyurethane waterproof coating and a preparation method therefor. After the coating is applied to the surface of a base face of a building, a protective layer is not required further, so that the cost is lowered; The coating does not contain free toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and uses the environmental-friendly solvent to reduce harm on construction personnel, and the viscosity of the polyurethane coating is controlled between 5000MPa.s and 8000MPa.s at room temperature, so that the workability is good.

By detected, its tensile strength is 3.4 MPa, its rupture elongation is 580%, its low-temperature flexibility is -30 deg.C.
