The transmitting center control platform transmits time division messages to different transmitters through a power carrier technology; the transmitters modulate messages into direct current pulse signals and couple the direct current pulse signals with an LED drive reference power supply to drive LED lights to transmit optical signals; the receiver obtains information such as the transmission length of time and strength of the optical signals and transmits the information to the background resolving platform; and the background resolving platform resolves a coordinate position of the receiver through adoption of an optimization integration algorithm and a feedback closed loop self-adaptive calibration system and loads the coordinate position on a map, thereby realizing positioning. The system is high in positioning precision, low in cost and simple and convenient in operation and is easy to commercialize.
