The preparation method of the reaction pad includes: 1), dissolving the cane sugar, polyvinylpyrrolidone and glycyl-protamine tetramethoxy-beta-naphthylamine in morpholine ethane sulfonic acid to obtain soaking liquid; 2), putting the carrier in the soaking liquid, taking out after sufficient soaking, and drying to obtain the reaction pad.
