Abstract

The invention provides a high-temperature flue gas dedusting and denitration integrated device. The device comprises a flue gas inlet pipe, an ash bucket, a dedusting and denitration tank, a plurality of synthetic filter cores, a filter core fixing plate, a flue gas outlet pipe, an ammonia spraying device and a back blow dedusting system. The synthetic filter core comprises a dust removal layer and a denitration layer. The dust removal layer is a ceramic membrane. The denitration layer is a honeycomb-like SCR high temperature catalyst. The synthetic filter core is arranged in a lower chamber and is fixedly connected to a fixing plate opening. The ammonia spraying device is arranged at the flue gas inlet pipe. The back blow dedusting system comprises an electromagnetic pulse valve connected to a high pressure air source, a blowing pipe and a control device. A part of the blowing pipe part is arranged in an upper chamber. The device combines dust removal and denitrification. The flue gas is subjected to dust removal and then is denitrified at a high temperature so that dust and nitrogen oxides are removed at the same time, a space is saved, an individual denitration system is avoided and an equipment investment is low.
