Problems solved by technology

[0007] However, when the existing technology of using waste crop stalks to produce organic fertilizers is used to prepare organic fertilizers from cotton stalks, there are long-term problems of insufficient precipitation of organic matter, low fermentation efficiency, and low utilization rate of straws, mainly because Cotton straw has higher lignocellulose, glue-like substances and protein content than ordinary straw.

Embodiment 1

[0032] Example 1 Follow the steps below to prepare organic fertilizer using cotton stalks:

[0033] (1) Pulverization: the cotton straw raw material is directly input into the pulverizer through skin-core separation for pulverization to obtain unseparated material with a length of 3-10 mm;

[0034] (2) mixing: the unseparated material obtained in step (1) is evenly mixed with cow dung in a ratio of 70% of the total weight;

[0035] (3) Detonation treatment: Put the material obtained in step (2) into a closed pressure vessel, feed high-pressure steam to heat and pressurize, keep the air pressure at 2.0-2.5MPa for 10-15 minutes, release the material and steam within 60ms When reaching atmospheric pressure, the material bursts out; making it sterilize, inactivate and deodorize;

[0036] (4) Fermentation: Add 3% compost fermentation bacteria agent to the material obtained in step (3), mix evenly, and carry out compost fermentation, control the moisture content at 60%, and keep th...

Embodiment 2

[0039] Example 2 Follow the steps below to prepare organic fertilizer using cotton stalks:

[0040] (1) Pulverization: Cotton stalk raw material is pulverized to a particle size of 3 mm after separating the skin and core and removing the core material obtained after peaches, leaves and twigs;

[0041] (2) Mixing: the core material obtained in step (1) is evenly mixed with pig manure in a ratio of 70% of the total weight;

[0042] (3) Detonation treatment: put the material obtained in step (2) into a closed pressure vessel, feed high-pressure steam to heat and pressurize, keep the air pressure of 0.8MPa-1.5MPa for 5-10 minutes, and release the material and steam within 75ms Press to atmospheric pressure, the material bursts out; make it sterilize, inactivate and deodorize;

[0043] (4) Fermentation: add 1% compost fermentation agent to the material obtained in step (3), mix evenly, and carry out compost fermentation, control the moisture content at 45%, and keep the temperatur...

Embodiment 3

[0046] Example 3 According to the following steps, use cotton straw to prepare organic fertilizer:

[0047] (1) Pulverization: the raw material of cotton stalks is crushed directly to the unseparated material with a particle size of 7 mm without separation of the skin and core, and the core material obtained after the separation of the skin and core and removal of peaches, leaves and twigs is crushed into a particle size of 7 mm. Core material;

[0048] (2) Mixing: the unseparated material and the core material obtained in step (1) are evenly mixed with chicken manure in a ratio of 50% of the total weight;

[0049](3) Detonation treatment: put the material obtained in step (2) into a closed pressure vessel, feed high-pressure steam to heat and pressurize, keep the air pressure at 1.0-2.0MPa for 8-10 minutes, and release the material and steam within 65-70ms Release the pressure to atmospheric pressure, and the material will burst out; make it sterilize, inactivate and deodori...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of preparation of organic fertilizers, in particularly to a method for preparing an organic fertilizer from cotton stalks. The method comprises the steps of (1)crushing: performing skin-core separation on the cotton stalk raw material, removing cotton bolls, leaves and twigs, then crushing the core material, or directly performing crushing without skin-core separation; (2) blending: uniformly mixing the material obtained in the step (1) with excrements of livestock and poultry, wherein the amount of the material obtained in the step (1) accounts for 30-70% the total weight of a formed mixture; (3) detonating processing: putting the formed mixture in a sealed pressure container, introducing high-pressure steam for heating and pressurizing, keeping the air pressure at 0.8-2.5 MPa for 5-15 min, and releasing the processed material and releasing steam pressure to atmosphere pressure within 60-75 ms, so as to enable the processed material to be blasted out; (4) fermenting: mixing the material processed in the step (3) with a biological agent, controlling the water content at 45-60%, and performing full fermentation and decomposition; and (5) baking: baking the material processed in the step (4) to the water content less than 20%. The method solves the long-standing problems of low fermentation efficiency and low stalk utilization rate during preparation of organic fertilizers from cotton stalks, and the organic fertilizer prepared according to the disclosed method has the nutrients with a level higher than the national standard.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of organic fertilizers, in particular to a method for preparing organic fertilizers from cotton stalks. Background technique [0002] Chemical fertilizers are the most basic and one of the most important material inputs for agricultural production. Long-term application causes soil compaction, nutritional imbalance, accelerates soil acidification, reduces the activity of microorganisms in the soil, and makes it difficult for substances to be transformed and degraded. Soil compaction refers to the lack of organic matter on the soil surface, poor structure, structural damage and soil material dispersion under the action of external factors such as irrigation or rainfall, and the soil surface is hardened by cohesive force after drying. [0003] Bio-organic fertilizer is a new type of fertilizer recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of t...
