The high-performance volcanic ash concrete comprises a gelling material, sand, stones, water and an additive, wherein the gelling material comprises cement, high-quality volcanic ash and silicon ash; the additive is an efficient water reducer; the constitution of each raw material is as follows: the using amount of the water is less than or equal to 150kg; the total amount of the gelling material is 300kg / m<3> to 350kg / m<3>; the using amount of the cement is 50 to 60 percent of the total amount of the gelling material; the using amount of the high-quality volcanic ash is 30 to 40 percent of the total amount of the gelling material; the using amount of the silicon ash is 2 to 5 percent of the total amount of the gelling material; and the using amount of the efficient water reducer is 0.5 to 1.0 percent of the total amount of the gelling material.
