A preparation method for the composite holding plate comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components of the composite board; carrying out heating melting and film spraying successively so as to allow the obtained film to be in a uniform and continuous state; and compounding the preheated continuous fibers with the resin film so as to form a prepreg tape, fusing multiple layers of the prepreg tape, then carrying out cold-pressing molding so as to prepare the composite board and carrying out coating of the PVC film in the preparation process of continuous boards.
