Abstract

The composite holding plate comprises a continuous-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite board which is prepared from, by weight, 40 to 60% of continuous fibers, 20 to 37% of thermoplastic resin, 10 to 15% of a fire retardant, 6 to 9% of a compatibilizer and 0.3 to 0.6% of an anti-oxidant, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the composite board are both provided with a PVC film. A preparation method for the composite holding plate comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components of the composite board; carrying out heating melting and film spraying successively so as to allow the obtained film to be in a uniform and continuous state; and compounding the preheated continuous fibers with the resin film so as to form a prepreg tape, fusing multiple layers of the prepreg tape, then carrying out cold-pressing molding so as to prepare the composite board and carrying out coating of the PVC film in the preparation process of continuous boards. Compared with the prior art, the composite holding plate provided by the invention has the advantages of long service life, high strength, good impact resistance, anti-aging performance, corrosion resistance, light weight, workability, easiness in recovery, environment friendliness, and the like.
