Abstract

The method includes the steps of: 1. adding surface dried PBT resin and polypropylene fiber into a stirring device, mixing the substances evenly, adding a silane coupling agent dropwise into the mixture under stirring, performing heating to 100-120DEG C, and conducting heat preservation stirring for 30-50min so as to obtain a mixture 1; 2. mixing nanoporous silica and a compatibilizer for 20-30min, then adding functional additives and white carbon black in order, wherein the white carbon black is added in three times for uniform dispersion, controlling the temperature at 140-180DEG C, then adding the mixture 1, stirring the substances evenly, finally adding dicumyl peroxide, and conducting pressing to obtain a mixture 3; and 3. carrying out vulcanization treatment on the mixture 3 at 150-170DEG C for 40-50min, and then using a 20-40MPa plate vulcanizing machine to conduct vulcanization molding, thus obtaining the insulating material.
