Embodiment 1

[0021] Inoculate 100 μL of the activated bacteria Lysobacter soli 6262 into liquid NB medium (100 mL medium in a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask), and culture at 25° C. and 180 rpm for 3 days. After the culture solution was centrifuged at 10,000 rpm for 5 minutes, the supernatant was taken as a test sample. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0022] Table 1 Bacteria Lysobacter soli 6262 fermented liquid is to C.elegans nematode toxic killing result (%)

[0023]

[0024] The results show that the fermentation broth of the bacteria Lysobacter soli 6262 has a very strong poisonous effect on Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans), and the lethality of the fermentation stock solution to Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) reaches 100% within 8 hours.

Embodiment 2

[0026] This example uses the same test agent and experimental method as Example 1, and only the nematodes to be tested are replaced by Meloidogyne incognita.

[0027] Inoculate 100 μL of the activated bacteria Lysobacter soli 6262 into liquid NB medium (100 mL medium in a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask), and culture at 30° C. and 180 rpm for 5 days. After the culture solution was centrifuged at 10,000 rpm for 5 minutes, the supernatant was taken as a test sample. The results are shown in Table 2.

[0029]

[0030] The results show that: the fermentation broth of bacteria Lysobacter soli 6262 cultivated at 30°C and 180rpm for 5 days has a strong poisonous effect on M. incognita) has a fatality rate of over 90%.

Embodiment 3

[0032] This example uses the same test agent and experimental method as Example 1, and only the nematodes to be tested are replaced by Meloidogyne incognita.

[0033] Inoculate 100 μL of the activated bacteria Lysobacter soli 6262 into liquid NB medium (100 mL of medium in a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask), and culture at 38° C. and 180 rpm for 6 days. After the culture solution was centrifuged at 10,000 rpm for 5 minutes, the supernatant was taken as a test sample. The results are shown in Table 3.

Abstract

The invention discloses a bacterial Lysobacter soli 6262 fermentation liquid and application thereof. The bacterial Lysobacter soli 6262 fermentation liquid is obtained through bacterial strain screening and Lysobacter soli 6262 fermentation liquid preparation. The bacterial strain Lysobacter soli 6262 is preserved at the General Microbiology Center of the China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms on January 09, 2017 and the preservation number is CGMCC N0.13555. The bacterial Lysobacter soli 6262 fermentation liquid is applied to preparation of a biological agent for killing meloidogyne incognita (Meloidogyne incognita) and caenorhabditis elegans (Caenorhabditis elegans). The bacterial Lysobacter soli 6262 fermentation liquid has the beneficial effects of being high in efficiency, low in toxicity and free of environmental pollution, can be used for preparing a biological pesticide preparation for killing the meloidogyne incognita (M.incognita) and the caenorhabditis elegans (C.elegans).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bacterial Lysobacter soli 6262 fermented liquid and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of microbial biopesticides. Background technique [0002] Diseases caused by plant nematodes have become the second largest category of diseases in agricultural production, causing economic losses of US$157 billion worldwide each year (Abad et al., 2008). Its control is mainly based on chemical pesticides. With the increasing environmental pollution caused by the long-term use of various chemical pesticides, some chemical nematicides are banned. Therefore, the use of natural enemies of nematodes for biological control of nematodes has attracted more and more attention. Microbes are the main group of natural enemies of nematodes, and their active secondary metabolites are the basis for discovering biopesticides and new drugs. Among them, bacteria have become one of the important sources for finding nematicidal active s...
