Abstract

The high-efficiency sedimentation basin comprises a mixing unit, a flocculation unit and a concentration unit which are successively connected, wherein the mixing unit comprises a mixing basin used for carrying out mixing under stirring; the top of the mixing basin is provided with a sodium hydroxide feeding pipe, a ferric trichloride feeding pipe and a heavy metal capturing agent feeding pipe; the flocculation unit comprises a flocculation basin communicated with the mixing basin; the top of the flocculation basin is provided with a powdery active carbon feeding device; the concentration unit comprises a concentration basin communicated with the flocculation basin and is connected with a concentrated water reflux pipeline; and the concentrated water reflux pipeline receives concentrated water conveyed by a CMF membrane system. The high-efficiency sedimentation basin provided by the invention improves conventional high-efficiency sedimentation basin technology, is more applicable to treatment of desulphurization wastewater, can effectively remove fluorides, heavy metal ions (such as arsenic ions, lead ions and chromium ions) and other pollutants produced in wet-process desulphurization through reaction and precipitation, guarantees the operation environment of a subsequent membrane treatment process and produces good environmental benefits.
