According to the general epoxy resin primer, a vinyl chloride isobutyl ether copolymer is utilized to modify epoxy resin, copolymer resin contains a large number of ether bonds, adhesive force between a coating and a substrate material is enhanced, excellent adhesion force is formed on the surfaces of stainless steel and zinc metal, and meanwhile, isobutyl ether long-chain radical can enhance flexibility of a film forming matter.
