The recombinant plasmid can serve as an antigen for detecting level of dsDNA antibody so as to screen risk of to-be-detected people populations in being affected with systemic lupus erythematosus; if expression level of the dsDNA antibody is high, the risk in being affected with systemic lupus erythematosus is high; if the expression level of the dsDNA antibody is low, the risk in being affected with systemic lupus erythematosus is low.
